Global warming studies uncover new concerns
This is a headline on Yahoo Today from The Washington Post:
In “If Earth Could Speak,” I directly validated both the Ice Age event that occurred actually 12,800 years ago known as ‘The Big Freeze’.
It important to note the following:
Global Warming historically has always been a precursor to Global Cooling, usually triggered by a significant rise in global temperatures. We are seeing that now.
The Gulf Stream is the only thing keeping the Northern Hemisphere from being under a sheet of ice
Most people believe that Ice Age events take 10-100 years to happen. The last event 12,800 years ago covered the North American Continent in 6 months. Covered in the book.
The Earth has 100,000 Year Cycles, 10,000 being warm ‘Interglacial’ periods (such as now) and 90,000 year glacial periods. That last event was, again, 12,800 years ago and lasted 1,300 years. We’re overdue.
There’s only one human activity that can be engaged in to both respond to the introduction of huge amounts of fresh water, as Greenland gives up her ice, and prepare other global land features for the arrival of sovereign societies displaced from The Northern Hemisphere.
